DMC Aventador LP900 Molto Veloce Tuning Kit is a Cool 125,000 Euros

Modifying exotic supercars can be more expensive than buying another brand new supercar. 

Initial images and a few details emerged of DMC's latest styling package a few weeks back. Dubbed the LP900 Molto Veloce (Italian for 'very fast'), the cost and some more details of the Aventador tuning package have now been revealed and it makes for eye-watering reading.In its entirety, the German tuner and Italian sports car specialist has priced up the package at an ice cool 125,000 Euros.That's significantly more than the cost of a new 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S.
Breaking it down into more palatable pieces, DMC has given the price of separate kits.First up, there's the exterior carbon-fiber styling kit made up of a front splitter & lower lip spoiler, side skirts, a new rear fascia with a diffuser, and a rear wing spoiler. This comes in at 19,500 Euros.At a mere 7,800 Euros, the cheapest part of the package is a new set of alloys from ADV1, followed by a comprehensive interior package at 17,700 Euros.Finally we come to the performance kit for the 6.5-liter V12 engine that comes in at a whopping 80,000 Euros.

For that, the supercar gets a complete valvetrain rebuild with twelve unique single intake throttle plates, a new fuel pump and lines, pressure modulators and new injector nozzles. Optimized engine electronics, and electronic load pressure control system and an overhaul of the wiring system further enhance the power capabilities of the V12, which DMC has given the new name of LP900.This can only mean power output has been boosted from the standard 700 to 900hp. Engine modifications should be made at the company's workshop in either Germany or Switzerland, while body components can be installed at any of DMC's global dealers.
"The Molto Veloce aims at Aventador owners that seek to add a little more exclusivity to their LP700," says Thorsten Grebers, Marketing Manager at DMC Germany. "The LP900 engine upgrade clearly targets speed enthusiasts."

DMC Germany has created the first body kit for the Lamborghini Aventador.

Lamborghini's flagship has just received its first body kit, courtesy of the team from DMC Germany. The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Molto Veloce was first released on Facebook and gives the Italian supercar an aggressive and bigger look.The body kit, created out of 100 percent carbon fiber, features a front splitter lip (with center sword and diffuser), rear wing, rear diffuser and tunnel and a set of side skirts.
A white finish with a slick red and black racing stripe down the middle gives the Aventador a clean and fresh look.The DMC Germany Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Molto Veloce is available now, though no pricing information has been released as of yet.

DMC Teases their Lamborghini Aventador Kit

This is just the beginning of a whole new crop of tuned Aventadors. The world will soon become a better place. 

Now that the Lamborghini Aventador has been around for almost a year (hard to believe), the all but inevitable tuning kits are now beginning to come in at full steam.And German tuning firm DMC has just posted a teaser image of their upcoming body kit specifically for the Aventador. Details are being kept mum for now, but we can clearly tell they've added a front splitter. In addition, we're willing to bet there'll also be side skirts, a rear spoiler, and even a redesigned rear diffuser.
Not surprisingly, the new kit will be made entirely out of carbon fiber, so it's also likely the car's weight will be slightly reduced.No official word yet as to when DMC will complete the project, so we'll be on the lookout for what will likely be even more V12 insanity in the coming months ahead.
