Opel Insignia Styled and Tuned by JMS Tuning

A modest tuning program for the Insignia improves both the styling and performance. 

This is the latest styling package to emerge from the premises of the German tuning outfit JMS Tuning, designed and manufactured for the Opel / Vauxhall Insignia.To improve performance, JMS fitted a KW coilover suspension kit (priced at 1,700 Euros), which features adjustable rebound, compression damping, and height, which helps to lower the Insignia by 55mm at the front and 45mm at the rear.
Visual enhancements include a lower lip spoiler for the front bumper (239 Euros) and a set of 20-inch AR1 Race wheels (2,599 Euros including tires).The tuning firm claims there are other parts available upon request, such as exhaust systems and exterior styling elements.

Opel Corsa Kaleidoscope Edition Launched in Europe

As it enters its sixth year in the market, Opel release a special edition of the Corsa to attract interest in the fourth-generation model. 

Opel has just introduced the Corsa Kaleidoscope special edition ahead of its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show.With the intention of garnering interest in the supermini segment, the Corsa gets a more individualized look. Available in special metallic colors called Pepperdust and Technical Grey, the model features a glossy black roof, black mirror housings and a black grille frame. It also gets chrome exhaust pipes and sits on 17-inch alloys.
A 'kaleidoscope' of color features in the cabin, with door inserts and air vent rings finished in curry or matt chrome and door panels trimmed in denim fabric. A leather steering wheel and a choice of seat fabrics with silver or aztek gold stitching complete the car's unique appearance.Available in both three- and five-door body styles, the majority of engines in the Corsa range are offered such as the 69hp 1.2-liter ecoFLEX gasoline engine, the turbocharged 1.6-liter gasoline good for 148hp, and the 1.7-liter CDTI that manages 128hp. Transmissions include five- and six-gear manual gearboxes, an automatic and a five-gear easytronic.Pricing for the car starts at 15,425 Euros.

Opel Plans to Unveil the New Astra OPC at Geneva

The most powerful Astra to date will be launched at the Geneva Motor Show, along with the new Mokka SUV and RAD e-concept bike. 

Opel will be unveiling its new Astra OPC at the Geneva Motor Show. As a high-performance version of the GTC, the new OPC is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter direct-injection four-pot that produces 276hp and 295lb-ft of torque.With a top speed of 155mph this makes it the fastest and most powerful Astra ever.As the OPC remains FWD the extra power is dealt with via a new mechanical limited slip differential in conjunction with the GTC's HiPerStrut technology.
The FlexRide system features a sport button and a new 'VXR' button, both of which will stiffen the ride and sharpen throttle response.Inside, both front seats use a cutting-edge weight-saving material and have a lower seating position and up to 18 different settings.At Geneva, Opel will also be unveiling the new Mokka SUV (the Buick Encore's twin) and its RAD e concept, a futuristic e-bike that the automaker claims responds to customers' needs to be mobile when car usage is restricted or no longer possible.

The Opel Tigra 201X Concept

A new concept design for the Opel Tigra has been caught online at IACOSKI.

A cool concept design was spotted on IACOSKI of a new Opel Tigra. Dubbed the Tigra 201X, this rendering captures the essence of the original Opel Tigra coupe and the Opel Tigra Twin Top convertible (both pictured). The former was produced from '94 to '00 in Spain while the latter was produced from '04 to '09 in France.This futuristic little coupe shares the original Tigra's design lines and its sleek profile is very reminiscent of the Twin Top's smooth front and short rear end.
