Set to replace the 599 GTB Fiorano, the hype is building over Ferrari’s most powerful ever supercar.
Just a couple of days after Ferrari released the first teaser of the 599 successor, the supercar maker has put out another video to give fans a glimpse of the 620 GT in bare metal. We were previously informed that the F152 (internal codename) would be "the most powerful Ferrari ever," with reports suggesting it would house a 6.3-liter V12 engine mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and producing up to 740hp, which would usher in a "new era of extreme V12 cars." Now the message is that "technological innovations will reach new heights," and the video also drops a gentle reminder that the 620 GT's media launch will take place on 29 February.
Meanwhile, serial car rendering expert Wild Speed has released a typically high-quality rendering based on the initial teaser, which will have to sate Ferrari-lovers appetite until the big unveiling in Geneva in a few days' time.
