
The MINI Bayswater has been released ahead of the 2012 Games.
MINI  has just released a pair of special edition models in honor of the 2012  London Olympics. The Games aren't scheduled to kick off until July 27th,  however MINI is jumping the gun, ahem, with the unveiling of two new  special trims.The Bayswater, which was named for an "extremely vibrant  area of London," is available for the MINI Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper D or  Cooper SD. The Cooper comes with 121hp while the Cooper S is capable of  putting out 181hp. Finished in bespoke Kite Blue metallic paint (also available with Midnight Black or Eclipse Gray metallic paints), it sits on a set of black finished 17-inch light-alloy Sandblast wheels. What makes this special edition so... special is its interior.The interior features plenty of Bayswater badging and leather. The Punch Leather comes in bespoke Rocklite Anthracite and combines a nice contrast of blue and gray stitching. Stainless-steel pedals come standard along with the Chrome Line Interior package including the MINI Pepper Pack.
