Lexus has just announced a second model making its way to the 2012 Detroit Auto Show.Earlier this week, Lexus teased a photo of a new concept headed to the 2012 Detroit Auto Show.The automaker has just announced that a second model will be making its way to the North American International Auto Show in the form of an updated LX 570.The range-topping SUV has been in its current generation since 2008, so a facelift was expected to come sometime soon.
The facelift will include some aesthetic tweaks on both the front and rear along with some new materials, however its 5.7-liter V8 engine should remain. Some changes for slightly better fuel economy may be the only touches performed under the hood.According to AutoBlog, Lexus Communications Specialist Bill Kwong confirmed that the changes will mostly be cosmetic, as slightly updated sheetmetal will also make its way onto the big LX SUV.Photos displayed are of the 2011 Lexus LX 570.
